You schedule a complementary consultation to determine if we are a good fit and how we can work together depending on what your needs and goals are.

You will complete the necessary forms prior to begin online therapy, consultations, immigration evaluations since these are also part of therapeutic process. The first session will focus on getting to know each other and what brings you therapy. We will collaboratively come up with goals and a plan to start our work together.

We will meet virtually unless otherwise indicated. This is the where most of the work is done in therapeutic process. As I mentioned before, accountability is a big part of our work together; therefore, doing the work is also holding yourself accountable to continue doing the inner work and integrate all of the tools and learnings outside therapy as well. That’s where you will see the most impact, growth, healing transformation happens.
