Therapy for Adults in California
Therapy with me is a place to make sense of what you’ve been carrying, often quietly and for a long time. Many people arrive knowing something feels off, but unsure where to start. Together, we slow things down and look at how your experiences, relationships, and responsibilities have shaped how you move through the world.
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or worn down from always being the reliable one. On the outside, you may seem capable and composed. Inside, you may feel stuck in survival mode, holding guilt, self-doubt, and the pressure of family or cultural expectations.

Family systems work
Somatic and mindfulness-based practices
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Solution-focused brief therapy
Narrative therapy
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that supports the brain and nervous system in processing distressing experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming in the present. It can be especially helpful for trauma, anxiety, and long-standing emotional patterns.
Getting Started
If you’re interested in therapy, the first step is scheduling a consultation to explore fit, goals, and next steps.
What to Expect
If these experiences feel familiar, therapy offers a place to slow down and understand how these patterns developed, without judgment or pressure to change overnight. In our work together, we gently explore how past experiences, family dynamics, and culture have shaped how you relate to yourself and others.
Therapy focuses on building awareness, emotional regulation, and practical tools so change feels grounded and sustainable, not forced. The goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your needs, and more aligned in how you show up in your life and relationships.
